Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?
There is a processing time of 5-7 days from placing order. I am a one woman army in terms of sorting orders so I need time to package them and get them sent. From being dispatched, it should take 1-3 days for UK customers. EU, US and Canada may take up to 28 days from dispatch.

I got a customs / tax / duty fee to pay?
Unfortunately, due to Brexit, the rules around customs tax has changed, we are not responsible for any charges that may incur.

ORDER PROBLEMS

My order isn't correct or something is missing!
No problem, let us know via email at shadowmooncosmetics@gmail.com with your order number, full name and address, let us know your issue and we will resolve within 48 hours.

My order arrived messy!
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, dust and glitter is inevitable. The pots are sent fully closed and sealed but some spillage can happen in transit, if you are concerned about the fill level, drop us an email and we can help.

Can I cancel or change my order?
All sales are final and cannot be changed or refunded.

Are you cruelty free and vegan?
We are cruelty free and vegan!

Are your glitters biodegradable?
Unfortunately at the moment they are not, however this is something we are working towards achieving. At the moment, they are PET certified which enables them to be recycled in special facilities.

Do you do MUA discount?
Not currently as we feel our prices are low enough for everybody.

Do you have a PR team?
We do, but I usually won't make it known if I am searching apart from around launch date. Please do not bombard us with emails or messages on social media asking about this because you will be ignored. Any PR searches will be posted about on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
